The Missouri Commission on Human Rights (Commission) appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County reversing its decision finding that respondent Midstate Oil Company, Inc., had violated Â§ 296.020.1, RSMo 1978, by terminating the employment of complainant Sherry Schroer upon learning she was pregnant. The Western District reversed and remanded. We ordered the case transferred to clarify the law pertaining to disparate treatment claims brought under Â§ 296.020. We affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
